I was talking with my neighbors this week. A few of them received warnings from the township about the big blue recycling containers ( and some other containers ) being left out at the curb. The township has revised their policy to a one warning and then you get fined policy. This also applies to putting trash bags out without placing them in a "proper" trash container. I thought I'd share this with you to help you avoid donating to the PT coffers.

Containers are not be be left in the street by the Collectors! If they are, call the Twp and complain. You are Right about not putting bags in a container. Trahs bags must be in a container not left sitting at the edge of the road
I barely have 1/2 bag of trash on collection day. It is a nuisance to drag out the can - but I do it. Only to have the collectors throw the lid into my flowers.
mine is usually in the road not at the "curb"even though e have none, kinda like spring, fall, next spring twp clean up.pw occupied with daveys pet projects
