 Its been missing for years.  Administration claims it is because "Lil Red" would not allow it to be placed on its property.  RUMOR has it that when the box was opend-long after the warranty period had expired-there were parts missing.

Believe it or not, I hear it is now finally getting placed a the lil Red School House.  HOPE we have all the Parts.  Rumor has it some are missing.
